The Challenge and Objective

Our client was determined to leverage its internal resources for Procurement and Contract Management system implementation. As the implementation project commenced, it became clear that, due to competing priorities and resource constraints, there was a need for additional resources to prevent delays and ensure the project’s success. Our client was looking for flexible and skilled consultants who could join their project team and seamlessly complement their efforts by addressing specific tasks for the procurement system implementation.

The Solution

A Forward Logic Business Analyst joined the internal project team and contributed to the project by undertaking the following key tasks:
  • Development of the Test Scripts. Our consultant has developed a set of comprehensive test scripts tailored to the client’s specific requirements. These test scripts were organised and structured to facilitate a smooth handover to the client’s test manager ensuring efficient defect management during user acceptance testing.
  • Development of client-specific user guides. These materials extended beyond traditional generic user guides and covered specific functionalities that were both relevant and easy for client’s users to understand. The user guides were designed to simplify the transition for team members, making the system more accessible and user-friendly.

The Result
