The Client
Rise is a not for profit organisation in Western Australia providing Aged, Disability, Mental health and Youth care services. Rise provide care services to around 7000 clients and their families and operate and maintain upwards of 130 supported accommodation properties.
The Challenge and Objective
After a strategic review by a big 4 consultancy, Rise wished to engage an experienced ICT Systems implementation partner to assist with delivering a program of work that encompassed the replacement and / or implementation of business systems across the organisation. Rise’s key objectives included “increase efficiency through improved technology, so staff can focus on helping people live a great life” and “have the best ICT systems to manage our organisation into the digital age”.
The Solution
In 2017, Forward Logic's consulting team was engaged in partnership with Cirus Networks to provide end-to-end project management, detailed requirements definition, tenders process management, vendor selection assistance and management of the solution implementation for the ICT transformation portfolio of projects including:
Forward Logic’s experienced team (incorporating program management, project management, business analysis, programme administration) worked as part of an integrated team within the Rise organisation over a 24+ month duration to scope, select and deliver the updated business systems inclusive of business change management to ensure effective take-up of the solutions by Rise staff and volunteers.
The Result
The collaboration effort between Rise, Cirrus Networks and Forward Logic ensured that this comprehensive and complex project delivered on time and on budget whilst achieving the core objectives of Rise Networks.
